I am sorry but the this policy is not applied for Optus prepaid which is very widely bought by Vietnamese student.
Optus: "Sorry. The Mobile service you're using does not qualify for any of the below services."
It is apply for Optus prepaid but only works whenever you top up your account duỉng the promotion time (not anytime!!! e.i you recharged a month ago)
